Statement Regarding Lines of Communication for All Medicaid Recipients

For NYS Medicaid recipients that Nekos-Dedrick’s Pharmacy services, we have several have several lines of communication available for recipients to contact us with any complaints.  Those lines are as follows:

  1. Mail complaint to Nekos-Dedrick’s Pharmacy 86 North Front St. Kingston, NY 12401 Attn: Compliance officer
  2. Call 845-338-8000 and request to speak to the compliance officer. If the compliance officer is not available you can leave a anonymous message for a return call.
  3. Recipients may call the Office of the Inspector General Hotline at 800-447-8477
  4. Contact NY OMIG Fraud Allegation Website at https://omig.ny.gov/medicaid-fraud/file-allegation
    • At the top of the page is a hard copy fraud allegation form
    • Near the bottom of the page information of what should be reported will be listed.
